In the event that your order is covered under the Nuni Satisfaction, we will reship your items if they are in stock, or we will issue you a shop credit to your Nuni account for the amount of the original purchase.

If product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at hello@nuniandco.com.

Nuni Baby teething products are made from 100% medical grade silicone. Please discard items at first sign of being worn or damaged. We recommend 6 month lifespan for continuous use products.  

For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
